What to Expect..... We have 3 qualified Scottish Country Dance Teachers who teach a beginners' class and a general class each week. Our tutors are: David Williamson Linda Glavin Sue Lindsay The beginners are taught in a separate hall where you will be taught the steps and formations and some easy dances and you will join the general class as you become more confident. So, if you have taken the first steps by inquiring how to learn Scottish Country Dancing, just come along each week and be prepared to enjoy a very sociable atmosphere and meet friendly club members who will help you along. You do not need dancing shoes to begin with - soft shoes will be fine to dance in until you know you want to stay with us. Then we will point you in the right direction to buy a pair of dancing shoes.
